Sausage Gravy and Biscuits
1 lb. mild bulk sausage
2 Tlbs Flour
4 oz milk
4 oz water
8 frozen Mary B's Biscuits
Salt
Pepper
Brown the sausage in pan and remove to bowl leaving the drippings in pan. Add the flour to the drippings and stir with a wisk until the flour become light brown in color. This makes the base to your gravy. Add the mixture of milk and water to the pan in slow intervals while stirring with the wisk. You may need to adjust your liquid mixture a little to get the right consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste and add your sausage back to the pan. Stir together and serve over warm biscuits. My little treat is to butter the biscuits before topping with gravy.
Mary B's frozen biscuits are the best. You can serve them confidently knowing they have the same great taste as homemade. Your family and guests will never know.
